There are a number of incentives on offer to clients wishing to purchase on Caracola Beach & Spa Resort.

To qualify for the discounts you can choose to either:-

Pay your 30% deposit within 28 days to be eligible for a 2% discount

Or
Pay 50% deposit to be eligible for a 5% discount

Or
Pay 50% deposit within 28 days to be eligible for a 7% discount

This means that there is potential to save up to €12,250 on your property purchase.

SIPP discounts
If you are purchasing through a SIPP, you can still qualify for the same discount levels as for non SIPP purchases, with the timescales being extended to 90 days if you are buying through a non-liquid asset SIPP. Please contact us if you would like more information on this.
